All clients must complete our onboarding process to begin development on a project.
All project apps must be in working order on all desktop and mobile devices the client chooses to work from for the duration of the project.
Content such as media and descriptions including, but not limited to: vector (.ai versions) of logos, products, pages, sections, call to actions in addition to product and team photos, custom videography+ more, are the client(s) burden to provide to lead developer to commence work.
All media must be submitted through your project dropbox assigned by developer. (ie. upload.yourdomain.com) to the “PROJECT MEDIA” folder of Dropbox.
Client(s) may not move content in shared workspace without developer approval amidst the project.
Content writing is listed in our schedule of fees section as an additional service webdev service of a standard website development project.
All content should be written under the “content” section project inside of your Webex “teams” app.
At the start of your project, our team will framework your site to a generic standard of WordPress and various project features within your dashboard to get your online space ready for customized professional development.
Clients should not change any framework settings to the site during development stages wihout first consulting with developer.
Clients do not have administrative privileges to their WordPress website during the main stages of development.
Our project “Block Time” sessions are available to walk you through each process of our build.
Administrators will be assigned administrator credentials to all parts of the project once development is complete and payment schedule is compliant with contracted terms of payment.

Our standard of timetable is as follows:
(90) Days of Development
(18 hours) – Client Collaboration
(16 hours) – Custom Development
+ any additional time necessary within the confines of the contract between the client + developer
Client 1-on-1 onboarding with developer to ensure all apps are downloaded and setup to begin project
Block Time (2 hours)
Sessions for developer to build intended project; sometimes in collaboration with client based on availability.
Breakout (15 min)
Quick fix sessions for client or developer questions, functionality issues, and/or diagnosis of website operations.
Block Time Sessions (2 hours)
Client(s) responsible for booking block time (2) hour sessions for project with developer
Parameters for Block Time Sessions:
Standard Schedule (50%+25%+25%)
Day (1) – 50% payment of project balance
Day (45) – 50% payment of remaining balance
Day (90) – 100% payment of total remaining balance

Payment is drafted automatically on your service schedule date(s)
TroyCoLIVE paperless email invoice to the client(s) contact email electronically to be paid by credit/debit or ACH transaction
Invoice due upon receipt
10+ Days – $25 Fee + $5.00 per day
30+ Days – Site will be redirected until payment processes in our system including any applicable fees
6 Months – Site will be considered abandoned by the client and TroyCoLIVE reserves the right to eject client from our database resulting in the loss of all prior development. Contracted payment of ending remaining balance is due at time of ejectment.
Missed block time appointments are assessed a fee of $35 which must be paid in full before the client may book additional sessions with developer.
Choosing a Hosting plan

Day(s) (1-90)– For the first (90) days of your project, we cover all hosting costs for your project with FREE “developer hosting” from TroyCoLIVE – Brand Development Corp.
Day (91) – Client MUST choose a hosting plan + initiate hosting services under a chosen plan to launch project
24/7 Managed Technical Support
Monthly updates of developer plugins, theme, and other developer functions
Not managed or updated by TroyCoLIVE
Limited support to include basic install of additional plugins (setup not included), updates to TroyCoLIVE developer plugins, and general site maintenance.
Discounted developer pricing for content revision of site pages, forms, product revisions, + more from TroyCoLIVE.
Brand logos should be made available to the developer at the start of your project.
.Ai (svg), .PNG, .JPG, .JPEG versions of your branded logo
Logo should be available in transparent version
Badge & Banner form preferred for each project
Each project will be assigned a personalized URL ex .[www.upload.yoursite.com] to upload media to your project anytime throughout our build.
All photo media should be uploaded by the client to the “Project Upload” section of your project Dropbox.
Video content should be rendered through YouTube Studio to be ready for placement within the project.

Our developer will schedule a “product discovery” session to go over each of your products & categories you wish to add to your site.
The client will add all products to a system of record through Dropbox Paper to include:
Variations (size, color, +)
Any other data related to products
Developer will use master system of record document to transcribe all product information into the site.
Your site will require a specific sizing for all product photos.
Our team an assist with photography of each of your listed products for a fee.
2560 X 2560 px transparent is optimum for product and category media.
Each project type includes a limit of products or variations we will add to your site without additional fees.

Variations are data sets that change your product such as color, size, batch count, etc.
Variations that do not change data such as price, weight, etc will be counted as (1) product
Variations that change product data such as price, weight, sku, etc will be counted per variation and will each require a product sku to be added to your site.
As your content developer, TroyCoLIVE reserves the right to tag our credit in the footer section of your website (ex. Site Design By: TroyCoLIVE)
MANAGED HOSTED CLIENTS
Clients are NOT to remove our site credit if you are managed by TroyCoLIVE.
CREDIT REMOVAL FEE
A fee of $200.00 will apply to managed clients who remove or wish to remove our credit tag.
MIGRATED or TRANSFERRED SITES
Sites that are not managed, credit will be removed prior to transfer or migration.
Clients may receive a $250.0o referral credit for any custom web development projects within (90) days of completion of scheduled projects of referred services.
We reserve the right to claim the content development of your project. Our work may not be claimed by the client or any other third party as long as your services are managed by TroyCoLIVE.
Your WordPress website will require plugins to gain functionality.
Our developer will install a series of standard plugins during our project.
TroyCoLIVE – Managed Hosting clients will receive discounted purchase pricing for premium plugins in our content bank.
Premium plugins are available for download from our website for self-hosting clients and most require annual renewal.
Clients should not download plugins to their website without the approval of lead developer during an ongoing project.
Once your site is released, you may download plugins at your own risk. Our developers are not responsible for any damage caused to your site from downloading plugins.
Fee required to migrate an existing site if accepted by developer or to migrate your site to another host provider.
Our developer will conduct a limit of (2) content revisions per page of site. Additional revisions may be added to your project for a fee.
Variable packages include a limit of pages for your site. Additional pages can be added to your project for a fee.
Variable packages include a limit of products & variations for your site. Additional products can be added to your project for a fee.
Product photos must be rendered in specific sizing and style formats to fit properly into your website. In some cases, we are able to edit existing client photography.
Alignment and recognizability of your branding is specific; that's why we recommend branded social media account setup to align your branded content for your followers to find and follow you easily and see all of your updates. Service includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, google Business, + TikTok.
